\r\n- At first, welcome to www.metalzone.gr. Would you like to give me a brief bio of the band?
\r\n- Well, the band was born in 2005 but it’s actual discographical birth dates back to 2008 when we recorded our first demo. However, the first album "The Withe Path To Reberth" was recorded in 2010 and released in 2011 and it was produced by Vision Divine’s keyboard player Alex Lucatti. It also features a collaboration with Fabio Lione of Rhapsody of Fire. In 2011 we also went on tour with Sonata Arctica and Labyrinth for 2 weeks. It was a great experience. Between autumn 2012 and winter 2013 we recorded our second album "Dispelling The Veil Of Illusions" and the rest is recent news. (ahah)

- What are your biggest influences? and how would you label your sound? Would you say you’re power metallers? heavy?
\r\n- Well... I honestly do not like labels. I believe each of our songs is a piece of music that can stand by itself. We have more canonic power metal songs, we have romantic metal songs, we have piano ballads, we have more epic ballads, we have heavy songs, fast songs, we have mid tempos and we have some prog elements also here and there... What’s for sure, we play melodic metal and that’s it! Among our influences melodic metal bands, of course, but a lot that is not metal at all. Classical music for sure, but also pop music, dance music, folk music... the list could be extremely long ahah
\r\n\r\n
- Do you have any plans about touring or perfoming in general in order to promote your new album?
\r\n- We definitely would like to do another tour. After doing one, you always want to go back on tour again ahah. But tours are DAMN EXPENSIVE, thousands of euros are required and at the moment we don’t have so much money... If sales improved it would be easier, but illegal download does not help with this matter... Maybe we’ll release a digital EP in the next months, we shall see...

- So, if touring is not in your plans, what are your future plans?
\r\n- Well... another record in 2016 but not before that... We have no hurry to release a third album though we already have some hot stuff in progress
\r\n\r\n
- Who does the lyrics and music in the band? and your song themes, where do you take them from?
\r\n- We have more than one songwriters. In fact, nearly all members contribute to the songwriting. Specifically,Talete, Stefano and myself are the main songwriters. As for the lyrics, I personally take care of them myself, sometimes using ideas coming from Talete or Stefano about the themes... Life in all its aspects: love, joy, memories, childhood, death, pain, sorrow. Another theme I’m particularly fond of is ecology and the love for nature and all its beings. Also literature, religion and misticism contribute to my inspirations so there’s a lot to talk about, isn’t it? Both albums are some sort of concept albums but not because they relate stories. Each of the two develop a theme, which is fully express by the powerful album titles: there are profound significances hiding behind them.

- How difficult is in Italy to promote a heavy metal album and sell copies big time?
\r\n- Selling is always more and more difficult. People usually download music and don’t even think about paying for it. This is a tremendous loss for both artists and labels. As for promotion, it’s also very difficult to play some good gigs. People seem uninterested in attending live shows by band which are not as famous as the big ones... Therefore, Italy is not the best of places to play heavy metal.

- Are there any video clips in plans?
\r\n- Well, the video of KINGDOM OF THYNE ILLUSIONS is performing well and the plays on youtube are progressing steadily, so there is no need for another clip. I’m still working hard to promote this album and the current clip is helping a lot. In the future, maybe, who knows...

\r\n- Yeah sure! We are still pretty unknown in Greece since our first album did not receive any promotion in your country.
