Wall Of Sleep - ...And Hell Followed Him

Wall Of Sleep - ...And Hell Followed Him

Wall Of Sleep is a band that exists in the doom metal scene for about ten years now, once as Mood (until 2001) and from then until now as Wall Of Sleep. WOS have released two albums and an EP and the third album is entitled “…And Hell Followed Him”. Musically there no different between the latest album and their previous works, “Slow But Not Dead” (released in 2004) and “Sun Faced Apostles (released in 2005 – both in PsycheDOOMelic Records.
\r\nFrom now on the band belongs to the I Hate Records artillery and despite the very nice artwork of the CD, we can see a little difference in the way that Gabor Holdampf sings. His Vocals are closer to the vocals from Place Of Skulls (not Wino, It’s about the legend, Victor Griffin)
\r\nThe “…And Hell Followed Him” could be described as a mixture of early Kyuss with Place of Skulls and Life Of Agony. This is a very good release from a very good band.
