Wyrd - Kammen

Finland’s black/doom/pagan/metallers Wyrd, have returned with their seventh full length effort, in a more doomish way, with a “fastidious” atmosphere and a plenty of accustic / clean guitars. The influences from bands like, Opeth and Katatonia are obvious, on the vinyl version of the album there is also a cover version of Katatonia’s “I Bleak”.
\r\nThe Lyrical themes are once again into the folklore, also all the other elements of the album is simillar to the more of this genre’s releases, a genre that seems to be satiate because of the fact that, many of the releases seems to be similar one to each other…
