Aborym - Psychogrotesque

Aborym - Psychogrotesque

\r\nOne Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest.
\r\nIt’s the only thing I can think of while listening to this sick music.
\r\nItalian black metallers Aborym are back after their Generator album (2006)
\r\nwith an extreme piece of art called "Psychogrotesque",
\r\nwhich is here to live in the rosters of sick black metal for a long time.
\r\n
\r\nAs the band says, their music is a mixture of Black/Electro/Post metal.
\r\nYou can hear different kinds of metal and experimental opinions that Aborym use in their art.
\r\nYou can find many things here.
\r\nOld school black metal, psychedelic ambient noises, electronic, opera, death metal,
\r\nbound together in a way that makes you wonder what they have in mind when they’re writing music.
\r\nSpeeds that change according to what each lyric is about.
\r\nIndefinable music, music that we don’t usually listen to.
\r\nA bunch of guest musicians from different kinds of music.
\r\nGreat opera fills and voices and other things I don’t want to say here. I will ruin the surprise.
\r\nSerious, mature music and musicians as well.
\r\n
\r\nAbout the concept now. Imagine a lobotomized man and what he’s thinking during his time in the sanitarium.
\r\nThis is the concept of the album.
\r\nIt made me feel corrupted. It is as eerie, dirty and rotten as Aborym themselves would want.
\r\nFans of experimental sick industrial black metal may find a rare album...
\r\nThe others better go away.\r\n
