ALTVATER - Chroniken

Altvater is just another black/folk/pagan or whatever band, from Germany. There really isn’t much to say as their genre is pretty much self-explanatory. If you have heard bands like Empyrium or Summoning you’ll know exactly what’s going on in this demo called Chroniken. 

The recipe is simple: Write a few songs about myths or witchcraft (Ok that one I’m just guessing since all the lyrics are in German), sing like somebody’s chocking you and abuse the keyboards to a point where the guitars fall to the background. I actually liked these songs. I’m just describing in simple words what this Altvater guys are doing.
