Blower Records - "Forged in Metal" Old and new forces in Metal

\r\nDespite the fact that I am not the biggest fan of compilation alike releases, due to the fact that most of those releases focus on a individual genre either most of the tracks can be described as “fillers”, Blower Records made me reconsider my opinion. The “Forged In Metal” Compilation featuring 28 bands (Heavy, Thrash, Speed, Doom) on 28 tracks that many of them appear for the first time on CD and the label’s philosophy is that although Blower Records was in touch with these bands for some release, that never happened, they released this compilation with those bands so anyone can give a listen to those great bands that unfortunately remain on “Cult” or “Underground” status. Not many words to describe bands such as Evil, Cage or Sentinel Beast (some of the old forces) or even Homo Herectus , or personal favorites like L’ Impero Delle Ombre, Confraternita Del Vuoto Immenso and of Course Ancilloti’s Bud Tribe (Vocalist also of the Italian Legends Strana Officina).
\r\nI am sure that this compilation will fill your record collection with some great bands, no matter wich metal genre you prefer, so I strongly recommend   the purchase and the contious listening of it , so you can “discover” your next favorite group.\r\n
