Clandestine - The Invalid

Clandestine - The Invalid

\r\nHaving the fans of Dream Theater, Evanescence and Lacuna Coil as your target group is something bizarre, yet not unreachable.
\r\nClandestine is something different coming from the so called “modern” scene of metal. “The Invalid”, their first full length album is the successor of the EP that they released back on 2006; they are trying to develop their own very personal style via their music; whether they make it or not, is something for each one of you to decide by listening to them actually.
\r\nSo, usually a female fronted band sounds mainstream; Clandestine, though, are based on Progressive Metal/Rock music patters, combining Progressive Metal, Progressive Rock, Modern/Alternative Rock, Symphonic Power Metal elements, featured by their singer June Park, who is also the keyboardist of the band.
\r\nThe structure of the songs is nice and it shows a very promising band; concerning the vocals, the bottom line is how much their style fits the songs whic is also a matter of personal taste. \r\n
