\r\nTHOMAS COMEBACK\r\n \r\nMr. Thomas Nyholm is the person behind the swedish one man band called - Damnation Army - .He has already released an EP and three full length albums.Now , he is back with the fourth album that can be characterized as the most mature album of the band.In the same way as legendary Quorthon(Bathory), mr. Thomas is playing all the instruments by himself but -Damnation Army - can be spot in the Swedish Melodic Black and Death Metal area. \r\n
\r\nThe new album is called - The Circle Of the Brave - and its probably the best sound that this band have ever reached.The last album - Tyrant - didnt went so well and i read a lot of bad reviews about it , but know -Damantion Army - are way better.The guitars are full of melodic leads and nice riffs , the bass is steady and clean , the drumming is simple with good sound and the voice is in an atmospheric Black/Death mood and its really great.There are many slow tempo songs but there are also some faster tracks in the album that are really nice!The production is very good and the cover of the album is pretty good and it shows a simple satanic scetch of the devil.\r\n \r\n
\r\n-Damnation Army- are back with the best release by far.Mr. Thomas has made forward steps and this can be recognized in this album. Nine tracks of Swedish Black/Death Metal with a lot of melodic ideas and very good Atmospairic Death vocals.A must buy for the fans of this scene!!\r\n \r\n \r\nEfkarpos \r\n \r\n
