Fallen Angel - Crawling out of hell

Fallen Angel - Crawling out of hell

Crawling out of hell is the first part of a concept, which is to be completed in three albums. Each album goes with a book all being created by guitarist John Cruppe. The purpose of each book is to reveal more information about the story, part of which can be found in the booklet of this specific release. Everything revolves around the concept, from  the music to the amazing artwork included to the 32-paged(!!!!) booklet. Even the band present itself as the villains of this story by using extreme costumes and make-up.
\r\nAs for the music, Fallen Angel present a high quality in their compositions with songs that stand out such as “dark lord”. Steve Seniuk’s voice is a weird combination of King Diamond and Matt Barlow but without losing it’s identity. The band has an obvious classic Heavy Metal sound with power, epic and sometimes thrash influences; that makes you wanna start banging your head.
\r\nConsidering the fact that the album is self financed, it is a very good release, which creates you a feeling of impatience for the next parts.
