Peshmerga - Murderous Acts of Cruelty

\r\nThe underground has always been the source for real music and true artistic expression. There is nothing predetermined there, no "must" or guided artistry. And that is where Peshmerga come out from and having Sevared Records backing them up release their short(only 7 songs) yet meaningfully crammed debut.
\r\n
\r\n Sevared has us used to more guttural brutal death rotteness this comes as an exeption to the rule. Peshmerga deliver brutal death metal with technical structures, a clear production and essence above all. Songs with mind blowing catchy riffing, beautifuly built tracks that do not boost their technical side more than the actuall songwriting. There is flow and energy, the true nature of this music. Vocals thankfully do not follow the Abominable Putridity/Inherit Disease gargling style. Tom has a powerful guttural throat, with lows and screams equally extreme. There have been too many bands doing this ultra low vocal thing lately but Peshmerga avoid comparison by giving 100% of their potential. I respect that!
\r\n
\r\n The only drawback in this recording, like I said before, is its short duration. I read on their facebook page though that the recordings of the second release are already over so newer tunes will reach our ears soon enough. Brutal death metal has numerous bands waiting to be discovered so the most daring ones will surely see themselves smiling after discovering such treasures. So, please ignore every piece of shit the labels serve you as the next "genre saviour" and seek true music where it dwells: the underground.
\r\n
\r\n If you want to lay your ears upon some death metal or good metal in general, give these dudes a chance. You’ll find quality tunes and blasting brutality. Simple as that.\r\n
