SISTER SIN - True Sound Of The Underground

\r\nThey say “talk is cheap” and the same goes to writing as well, so I’m gonna make things clear. The new Sister Sin album KICKS SOME GODAMN ASS!! We’re not talking about a very good album this is far more than that. It’s the definition of the term Heavy Metal in 2010!! The Swedish Hard/Heavy metallers have proven their worth and if with their debut “Switchblade Serenades” two years ago, managed to grab us by the neck, with this one they easily earn the right to be one of the best new bands serving the genre. “True Sound Of The Underground” is packed with 11 dynamites (10 awesome songs and a cover to U.D.O’s 24/7) ready to blow not only your head off but your whole fucking neighborhood as well!! I won’t bother mentioning stuff like the band’s performance or how the production is sounding since I think that after someone listens to this album and still wastes time thinking about shit like that, something must have gone wrong. Here the music and lyrics DO THE TALKING! In-your-fucking-face Heavy Metal of the highest standard drenched in that good old rude, uncompromising street feeling that made bands like W.A.S.P and Motley Crue famous back in the 80’s and I dare to say that Sister Sin’s first 2 albums are at least equal (if not better) to the first two releases of the above mentioned bands. What did you say? These are classics? Well I bet that after a decade Sister Sin’s “Switchblade Serenade” and “True Sound Of The Underground” would be considered “classics” as well! (To me they are already!)
\r\nI won’t write something more about this masterpiece, those of you familiar with Sister Sin you know exactly what to expect (though this one’s beyond any expectation, believe me!) as for the rest who dig first class, straightforward heavy metal reeking of sweat and adrenaline along with a smell of Swedish sleaze do yourselves a huge favor and check them out and if you don’t like it, go listen to other kinds of music cause you’re not really into metal.
