Thy Symphony - Harmonizing The World

Thy Symphony is a Brazilian symphonic power metal act and with their debut “Harmonizing The World” they take their first steps to the metal scene. So here we have an album filled with classic metal with an intense presence of symphonic elements along with powerful male and female vocals.
\r\nGenerally the album has some really melodic and well composed songs with the vocals of Camila Senne as well as the soprano Allan Ortiona giving a powerful and gloomy atmosphere to the whole. I personally think that they do nothing more than following the successful recipe of Nightwish something that makes the whole album sound like another “Beauty and the Beast” remake! Well this might be a bit annoying. They might have some really interesting moments but this alone is not enough to make this release stand out of the pile of the average symphonic power metal releases. So I guarantee that there’ll be no surprises while listening to this. Those of you still curious, you’re free to try. After all, you never know.
