In celebration of their 40th anniversary last year, British thrash metal pioneers, Onslaught, reissued their latest three studio albums - Sounds Of Violence (2011), VI (2013) and Generation Antichrist (2020)
as red 180 gram vinyl editions in gatefold sleeve and a special anniversary edition of Sounds Of Violence as a 2CD digipak including a bonus CD.
Thrash masters, Strike Master, have unleashed their fast and furious single "Crystallized", as the spearhead of the 2023 full length album - Tangram Apocalypse, which will be released through singles.
The album will be released September 1 physically and on all major platforms. Listen to the single below:
On June 30th, LA-based thrashers Omicida will put out their third full length instalment dubbed Sacrifice The Bastard Son. Punishment 18 Records will handle the release.
Production was held at Stealth Studio by Giovanni Durst (band drummer), and Ralph Patlan who also mixed and mastered the album.

German metal legends Tankard performed at Rock Hard Festival 2023 in Gelsenkirchenm, Germany on May 28th.
A new animated video from Tankard, created for the song "Beerbarians", recently celebrated its world premiere via the Sydney-Melbourne Science Fiction Film Festival.
German thrash legends Sodom performed at Rock Hard Festival 2023 in Gelsenkirchenm, Germany on May 27th.
In late 2022, Sodom released a new single and video for the song "After The Deluge". The song is taken from the bonus CD of the box set version of the 40th anniversary album, 40 Years At War-The Greatest Hell Of Sodom.
Bassist Jason Newsted, who was a member of Metallica from 1986 - 2001, performed with his Newsted band for the first time in close to ten years on Saturday, May 20th at Revolution Live in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Newsted, who played bass and sang lead vocals, was joined on stage by two original Newsted members
