99 BOTTLES: Members Of Down, Exodus, Sepultura, Crowbar, Eyehategod, Incantation, And More Unite For Fundraiser

Ninety-nine metal musicians recently united to sing a verse of "99 Bottles Of Beer On The Wall" for charity.

An initiative launched by Derek Engemann (Scour, Philip H. Anselmo & The Illegals) and John Jarvis (Scour, Agoraphobic Nosebleed) as a means to help senior dogs, all proceeds from the twenty-three-minute track benefit Old Dog Haven, an organization that helps provide foster care for older dogs committed to the belief that all senior dogs should live peacefully in their final years as members of a caring family. The song was intentionally released on August 26th to coincide with International Dog Day.

Notes Engemann, "This has been an epically fun project involving the entire metal scene, and even a few ska bands! This project originally began back in 2013 but was brought back to life once we discovered Old Dog Haven. The collaboration has truly shown the good side of humanity during these wild times we currently are in. I was amazed at all of the people who were eager to sign up for a verse."

With music provided by The Boozehoundz, Engemann's and Jarvis' satirical drunk punk band, the epic track was engineered and edited by Jesse Schobel and mixed and mastered by Ryan Vincent M. at Apollo Audio Alternative.

Contributions can be made by purchasing the track through Bandcamp HERE or by donating at a the designated GoFundMe page.
