IRON MAIDEN - NEW 500-PIECE JIGSAW PUZZLES COMING IN SEPTEMBER

Zee Productions has announced the September 17 release of more new Iron Maiden jigsaw puzzles via their Rock Saws imprint.

A message states: "We are adding three more 500-piece puzzles to our official Iron Maiden puzzles range, and this time it's the classic singles 'Running Free', 'Sanctuary' and 'Purgatory'!"

Released on 8th February 1980, “Running Free” is the debut single by English heavy metal band Iron Maiden.  The song appears as the third track on the band’s debut self-titled album.  Originally released as a 7” 45 rpm vinyl record, “Running Free” peaked at number 34 on the UK Singles Chart.  The single's cover art is famously known as the first official appearance of Iron Maiden's mascot, Eddie, although his face is obscured as the band did not want him unveiled until the album's release.  This iconic artwork is now available as a 500 piece jigsaw puzzle printed on high quality board.

Released on 15th June 1981, “Purgatory” is the fifth single released by the English heavy metal band Iron Maiden. It served as the second single from the band’s second studio album “Killers” and would be their last with singer Paul Di’Anno. The single's original cover artwork was withdrawn for use on the band's next studio album, “The Number Of The Beast”.  This meant that the band's artist, Derek Riggs, had to come up with a replacement, this time illustrating the Devil's face rotting away to reveal the band's mascot, Eddie's, face underneath.  This iconic artwork is now available as a 500 piece jigsaw puzzle printed on high quality board.

Released on 23rd May 1980, “Sanctuary” is the second single released by the British heavy metal band Iron Maiden. Originally released as a 7” vinyl record, the single performed even better than their debut, "Running Free", entering the UK Singles Chart at No. 33 before peaking at No. 29 a week later.  The single’s iconic cover art is now available as a 500 piece jigsaw puzzle printed on high quality board.
