Sequester - MISSING IMAGE

Sequester is the name of a Progressive power metal  from Canada. The composer and the only member  is Ryan Boc. They have been around from the middle of the past decade releasing independently their material (so far 3 albums,1 single and 2 ep’s). Their last and truly very good release is under the name "Mιsing image". This particular album contains 6 tracks, most of them long lasting, and is an excellent example of Prog metal with strong riffs, variation in the rhythm and most of all melody wins the attention of the listener from the beginning. The sound is modern with elements from various music styles (even outside the borders of metal music) leading to the result of not being monotonous . This album is independently released a totally respected action in the metal scene, providing the benefit of the freedom of expression to the artist, but maybe is a little bit unfair to this particular release because it doesn’t provide publicity and distribution, something that a record label provides, limiting the audience that can reach this album.
