\r\nUnearthly Trance. A band that’s a unique case with the good significance of word. They come from America and this is their fourth completed album. The fact that we see the word Relapse in the back part of CD should make us suspecious because the particular company releases only masterpieces in recent times. After the first listening therefore, the conclusion has come out! Rightly we should be suspected and even this CD he is one of the masterpieces of this company. The music of Unearthly Trance is very particular in order to limit it in small frames that offer us the impersonal and off-hand labels. What we listen can’t be described by one word but we will say that it’s a mix of Cathedral, Entombed, Electric Wizard and Neurosis, with Satyricon mentality, Pantera feeling, enough dose from Sludge and a note from Southern situations. The result is chaotic and unique but sure thing is that it can gain the listener with one only hearing while with the second, has already fallen in love with the album. The band has accomplished it keeps Old-School mentality and it combines it with modern passages while in all the duration of the record the atmosphere is something more than black, dry and uncanny. Vocals are what precisely needs a band like Unearthly Trance with energy and force while in each point of the tracks they are as if they are adapted precisely with the present situation and they even make the result theatrical. The pieces are based on rhythmically heavy riffs while sometimes we listen some solos that put out a Doom feeling. The melodies are a part in the music of band but are not usual and simple. It needs more attention in order to absorb them. Because i don’t want to say more, where I wanted to lead it is that already you have been late to hear the album, therefore as soon as you finish reading of these lines, you have to hurry! \r\n \r\n \r\nVasilis Mazaris \r\n \r\n
