Anmod - Monstrosity Per Defectum

\r\nAnmod comes from Brazil and emanate from the ashes of (famous enough in their country according to them) Fornication. Monstrosity Per Defectum is their debut album in which we find 12 tracks of typical Grindcore with enough dose from Death Metal. Personally I believe that this album, does not have something that we will appeal to us and for sure do not make Anmod one of the best Brazilian bands of the genre for two reasons. First of all, because everything is usual and we know what we will hear in each track and secondly because monotony is the only thing that dominates here, because of the lack of solos, as in all of the duration of the album we do not hear not a single one. Surely, Anmod is a technical band and especially the drummer is exceptional after blastbeats do not stop, while classic Grindcore passages have the first reason but from there and beyond I do not believe that there is something that will catch our interest. Finally, vocals are good enough for the genre and they give us the impression that they come out directly from the cesspit, while the production is paradoxically respectable. \r\n
