Battleroar - To Death And Beyond...

\r\nBattleroar were formed in 2000, but up to today they have accomplished many. Before few days in deed they were presented also in Keep It True of Germany. Their new album is named To Death And Beyond and releases on behalf of Italian Cruz Del Sur Music. The first thing that somebody -who has listened to the previous albums of the band- observes, is that the production is in very superior levels and this is something that automatically gets higher the quality of the release. The second thing is that everything is somehow cliché regarding the lyrics and the whole music concept, but this is something that all bands of the specific genre do. This however is something that we can overlook, so that such releases do not need innovations and new things and so we must go further. To Death And Beyond is characterized by strong tracks with the Epic element is something more from obvious, while Speed/Power Metal passages play also their own role. The band has accomplished to create some beautiful points which are constituted by symphonic keyboards and classic/acoustic guitars, while in many of them is intense and Folk element after the beautiful sound from the violin makes discreetly its appearance. Vocals from the Italian Marco Concoreggi is as always exceptional, but in this album he has given his soul and the emotions that comes from him, make the tracks more beautiful and personal. The songs that we listen here, apart from the energy and the force that they transmit, they can transmit also easily the beautiful atmosphere that exists and travel us in places epic and far form here. What I liked particularly is the fact, that all tracks have something which makes them unique and accomplishes to draw our attention. It can be the lyrics, the riffs or some solos. Whatever it is, Battleroar know to keep our interest and in particular our devotion of time until the album finishes. To Death And Beyond is one direct album without unnecessary things and without exaggerations. It is capable of standing equally next to the releases from great bands of the genre, but also to make the difference. Everything is mature and been carefully made in every detail while for one more time Epic scene of Greece can be heard across the borders thanks to Battleroar.
