Biohazard - Reborn In Defiance

\r\nSTEP TO THE RHYTHM OF THE BROOKLYN BEAT\r\n

\r\n

\r\nThe legendary band, -Biohazard- from Brooklyn, New York is here with a fresh new album. This band is spreading their music since 1987, a mix of Hardcore/Punk/Rock/Rap and Metal and so far they have released eight full length albums. This band was one of the firsts that mixed Hardcore with Rap and Metal and soon their music was appreciated by many fans worldwide. After years of touring and giving shows to hundreds of Metal festivals and only few line-up changes in their career the band split in 2005. Three years
\r\nafter, the band decided to reunite with their classic line-up and go again on tour. After touring in Australia, New Zealand, Europe and USA the band recorded this album which is the ninth official release of the band.\r\n

\r\n

\r\nThe new album has the title , -Reborn In Defiance- and it’s the return of the classic Biohazard line-up. Evan Shenfield in lead vocals and bass, Billy Graziadei in lead vocals and rhythm guitars, Bobby Hambel in lead guitars and Danny Schuler in drums. The album has everything that the band represents the last decades. Hardcore beats, Rapcore rhythms, Punk-Rock spirit, Rock and Metal elements. As always there are some extra quality music themes ,piano tunes and some experimenting mood as always floating. The production is a job of Toby Wright and the whole album has great sound.\r\n

\r\n

\r\nBiohazard are back with an album that represents all their career. It has the aggression, the rapcore beat, the Rock-Metal elements everywhere but also the will to flert with more quality sounds. Many oldschool fans will be disappointed if they expect a return to the 90’s, as –Reborn in Defiance- is the mature child of –Biohazard- and except the classic Biohazard tunes you will hear a lot of slow parts, a four minute instrumental song and generally more quality music. Unfortunately after the album was recorded the lead singer-bassist of the band, Evan Shenfield announced that he is leaving the band and so –Biohazard- had to replace him with Scott Roberts. The band will now continue touring and promoting their new album with this new line-up.
