Crimfall - As the Path Unfolds...

Dear Lord… It’s been a while since I heard such a “diamond” release of Epic Folk Metal with female vocals and brutal male vocals.
\r\nSo, Crimfall  hailing us from Finland (weird huh?) and this is their first full length release in which they try so much to fit Metal, Folklore elements in the vein of Dead Can Dance (Wildfire Season), also some soundtrack – alike black metal and female vocals. So in other words Dead Can Dance meets Waylander with vocals close to UK Ragnarok outfit, the keyboards of Dimmu Borgir and a touch of Nightwish.
\r\n I really wander what did they except from this combination? For sure not a descent album. The whole outcome of this cooking lesson is a great boring zero!
\r\nSome people up there in Finland discovered the hen with the golden eggs and completely ripped her a** of. Quit the crap guys!!!!
\r\nThankfully the “Non Serviam” song is not a cover to Rotting Christ one.  I said thankfully because I wouldn’t be brave enough to hear it…
