Dawn Of Demise - Hate Takes Its Form

\r\nDawn Of Demise is a five-membered death metal band that hails us from Denmark. "Hate Takes Its Form" is their debut album on Deepsend Records, mixed and mastered by Mr. Jacob Hansen at Jacob Hansen Studios. There are also some guest vocals featured by Jacob Bredahl (Ex-HateSphere, Barecode) on the title track of the album and by Lars Bjørn-Hansen (Koldborn) on the track "Domestic Slaughter". We should also mention that three of these tracks here were also in their demo "... And Blood Will Flow". Advancing to their sound those Danish death metallers show a strong preference to the NY-death metal style and Suffocation and Immolation are the first names which come to mind. \r\n

\r\nThe first thing about this album is the really well-thought out, simple but brutal and above all memorable riffs that don’t have your mind spin around with their complexity but instead make your head suffer severely from the endless headbanging. A really massive, tight guitar work and drums that mostly don’t follow the high speed pattern although they don’t miss out either on their blasting moments but either way pound the listener along with the groove based death metal riffs and with effectively well worked drum fills and double-bass kicks. There aren’t also absent and some awesome guitar solos that another part of their role in the tracks is to let you take a breath before you start brutalize your neck all over again!!! Scott Jensen’s vocals are really ferocious and intimidating with his deep growls possessing a great force and energy while at some points he even uses some abrupt harsh screams. Another positive fact about this album is that all the tracks have their own identity without the album losing its persisting entity. Coming to a closure if you are looking novelty or innovation surely you won’t find it by no means here but if from the other hand good, solid and effective death metal is your liking then you should really check this band out. \r\n
