DEAR SUPRSTAR - Heartless
\r\nDear Superstar are another Glam – Emo English band and they sound just like it. This is their second release and like their debut "Confessions Of A Twisted Mind" is presenting a mix of Glam/Hard rock along with some emo elements. To be more precise about their music influences: Imagine a band trying to “catch” the attitude of Motley Crue ( that’s quite impossible because attitude is something that either you have it or not) the dirty-crunchy guitar sound of Backyard Babies, the emo moments of Avenged Sevenfold and the catchy choruses of All that remains. If the above mentioned bands not only sound familiar to you but also you happen to like some of their albums then you should check these guys out. The songs are not bad, not bad at all, here you’ll find a bunch of “catchy” songs that will stuck on your mind from the very first time you’ll listen to the album and I think that that’s exactly their purpose. Most of these songs are bound to be radio hits but except that Dear Superstar present nothing new. Nothing you haven’t heard before. The production is very professional and it boosts the songs even more giving them that sleazy feeling that’s so important for Dear Superstar. So if you want to hear a bunch of cool song about booze and chicks just to have a good time, then that’s the right album for ya! \r\n
