Dimmu Borgir - In Sorte Diaboli
\r\nFour years after “Death Cult Armageddon”, Dimmu Borgir return with “In Sorte Diaboli”. Already by the inaugural song, “The Serpentine Offering”, it becomes obvious, that Dimmu Borgir came back with their best, perhaps, work since the epoch of “Enthrone Darkness Triumphant”. Indeed an amazing work has been done so much by Shagrath in vocals, as much as by Silenoz and Galder in the guitars, and along with Hellhammer in drums, ICS Vortex in bass and Mustis in the keys, they created an aggressive album, a real “diamond” of the black – and not only – metal, that deserves to bear the name of Dimmu Borgir. A particular indication must be made upon the existence of the “clean” vocals in certain songs, which however in no case do not influence the whole dark style and climate that runs through “In Sorte Diaboli”. In conclusion, Dimmu Borgir created a very good album, which will probably take them up a step in the metal hierarchy, rendering them simultaneously more accessible and in a wider metal audiance.\r\n
