\r\nSwedish Melodic Death Metal band - This Ending - are ready with their second album called - Dead Harvest-. The band continues playing with their personal attitude , melodic death tunes and atmospheric themes with a lot of breaks and bridges to technical death metal and cut riffs. \r\n

\r\nThe new album has a lot of riff ideas and bridges from melodic death sounds to hardcore cut riffs and from atmospheric feelings to melodic solos. As about the bass , there are some parts that you can hear some good ideas but generally is hiding under the heavy drumming and the guitar solos and riffs. The drumming is nice and clear with Andersson using some heavy cymbals on his set and blast beating like a maniac and the voice of Hansen is travelling between death metal and black metal with melodic and atmospheric mood. \r\n

\r\nThe production is great and so its the cover and layout of the new album. Its an aggressive album with a lot of interesting parts that many people that love Swedish melodic metal will appreciate. We must not forget that -This Ending- are not some new musicians that found the key to success and signing with Metal Blade Records with their first try. They are known for their past work when they had a different name (A Canorous Quintet) and released some albums that many people still remember. They are for sure better now and fresher and they are giving their best on this new album.
