Garagedays - Dark And Cold

Garagedays - Dark And Cold

\r\nThe name of the band absolutely reflects its music. Their main influence, among others like Judas Priest and Accept, might be Metallica. Garagedays play Old School Thrash Metal and remain absolutely loyal to this style. Clean, diverse and raw Metal in other words.
\r\nThis is not a case of a band that sounds fresh despite of the old school music. This album sounds exactly the way it should for a band coming from this music field, yet the music doesn’t sound boring or anything. Regarding their mentors, Metallica, it’s obvious that the first era of the band has really influenced the music direction of Garagedays.
\r\nApart from the music section, which afterall is objective whether you are gonna like it or not, I think that the vocals should have a different approach on some parts because they don’t sound well (ie on the song “Father”, which sounds really “odd” on 5.02)\r\n
