\r\nKarcinoma is an old chapter in the Russian Metal scene. The specific album was released in 1998, but when the band signed its contract with Stygian Crypt, it re-released it. Something else that we must mention is that Karcinoma had split-up, but The Night... Apogee Of Madness is regularly in stores. Despite the fact that the cover artwork and in general all the artwork, refers to something atmospheric and melancholic, the band introduces us a mix of symphonicBlack / Death Metal with some atmospheric elements. There are also some Progressive moments, just to do the whole result more interesting. Personally, I was impressed by this release, but the truth is that it hides enough good doses of well-played melodic Black Metal, which someone can occupy with for a time place, but my belief is that it is not form the albums that will be asked for long. \r\n

\r\nThe band in these 6 tracks, tries to show us both its extreme and emotional image, as all the tracks usually combines together melody and cruelty. Before we sum up, we must say that keyboards play an important role, so as the band becomes more atmospheric and also the production is very good.
