Saattue - Jäähyvästi

\r\nA few days ago the finnish Doomsters / Deathsters Saattue released their first full length efford via Spikefarm. Although this release was meant to be a four track self produced EP, Spikefarm singed a contract with the band so “Jäähyvästi” has been released as an album.
\r\nThe Album features 7 very good compositions with clean and brutal vocals, and the whole of the lyrics in Finnish language. Also some very good melodic lines and the atmosphere reminds of some early releases from bands like Sentenced and Amorphis (not their Death Metal era of course).
\r\nIn some specific parts there are some female vocals but thankfully are not many. The vocalist and the one guitarist of Saattue are also members of the finnish band Let Me Dream which style of music is close to Saattue’s style.
\r\nThere are many followers of the finnish scene in Greece, so I recommend them this CD. Saattue are for sure better band from some other hugely known bands from Finnish scene in Greece.\r\n
