\r\nGreek band - The Source- released their debute album and a lot of people are going to notice something familiar to their sound.Thats because -The Source- are the known -Negative Creeps- band that changed their name and making a new start with Makis on Vocals,John and Stamatis on guitars,Tomek at the drums set and Atris on bass.\r\n

\r\nThe album a is mix of Modern Metal,Thrash Metal,Hardcore with heavy riffs and swedish style lead guitars.The bass is folowing the beat and filling the sound without overplaying but its very difficult to spot it.The drumming is great with a lot of double bass attacks and a lot of interesting ideas in all tempos.From mid-tempo to fast thrash drumming and raging blast beats. The vocals are a mix of raging hardcore style vocals and aggresive Thrash Metal singing with second vocals in some parts.The production is very good and you can understand that a lot of hours were spent for mixing guitar parts because this album is full of clever ideas on riffs and melodic leads combined perfect together.The cover is absolutely evil and shows a demon face screaming in black and green colors.\r\n

\r\nThe debute album of -The Source- sounds like a new better Negative Creeps album. But its not. These guys decided to try a new project and gave their best for this.Its an easy - listening album with a lot of great moments and mosh parts. I think that i am going to say the same thing that i thought when i first saw Negative Creeps. They were born in the wrong country.If these guys were born in the UK or the USA their album would be sold worldwide. They are way better than other bands that are been promoted in the media and they are totally aythentic.I have seen them in live action and they are amazing.I remember many concerts where they were tearing the stage appart and Makis chalenging the pathetic greek crowd
