Twisted Tower Dire - Make it Dark

At first we should make clear that those who prefer classic Heavy Metal like iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Saxon etc but they don’t know Twisted Tower Dire, harm themselves greatly. From the beginning of their existence they support through very good releases the specific genre, without hiding their influences. Closing 15 years since their first demo has been released, Twisted Tower Dire return with their fifth complete work, under the title “Make it Dark”.
\r\nFor one more time (as it is mentioned above) their love for all the big bands of this genre is obvious, without losing their own identity. It’s a very nice work as far as the rhythm and the guitars are concerned, while Jonny Aune’s voice seems to be in complete harmony with the rest band, by doing the best giving us very good performance. Generally in “Make it Dark” we meet some good ideas and track without jabbering which is depicted in the shortness of the album (8 tracks that last only 36 minutes).
\r\nEven though “Make it Dark” cannot be compared, according to my humble opinion, to some older releases like “Crest of the Martyrs” or “Isle of the Hydra” it is surely an album that worths our great attention.
