Darkspace - Darkspace : III

Switzerland is a country that gave birth to some of the greatest and pioneer bands of the entire world and this is a fact that no one can deny , bands like the ultimate Celtic Frost and the awesome Samael are some unquestionable examples. Another band from Switzerland is Darkspace that with their latest release simply entitled “Darksapce III” came to shake the metal audience for good.
\r\nWhile I ve been listening to this opus, I tried to find the worlds and sentences to describe their music, I tried for some time but I think that at last I didn’t make it. So Darkspace is a band that plays some hellish black metal, with the classic black metal production but having the keyboards on a higher level in the mix. These keyboards aren’t there to make their music more mellow or something, but to create a more morbid atmosphere
\r\nTheir playing habits are really chaotic in particular parts, sounds like the legions of the other side came to earth to demolish everything in their way. Many effects and a spacey atmosphere exist, due too the fact that space is the only lyrical theme of this Swiss band in all of their albums.
\r\n If someone asks me how Darkspace sounds, I d say that is something like Emperor‘s “In The Nightside Eclipse” mixed with Limbonic Art and Odium elements
\r\nThis is a great effort by  Darkspace, a band which Martin Ain of Celtic Frost have talked with great words and if you listen to them you are about to realize that he was absolutely right
