Infernal Execrator - Antichrist Execration

Infernal Execrator is an outfit that comes from Singapore and this MCD “Antichrist Execration”, is their debut release via Pulverized records, a well known label that participates with the most “extreme sound” of metal.
\r\nInfernal Execrator seems to be a group that is heavily influenced by the classic mid 90’s black metal movement and bands like, Emperor, Abigor, Immortal and in general the whole Frost Black Metal scene of that time with some death metal passages influenced by the Swedish sound of  Dissection, Unanimated and even Crown Of Thorns (The Crown).
\r\nThis MCD features 6 tracks (one of these is a cover to Impiety’s “Sodomythical Frostgoats”). During the listening of this MCD the band provides us with well – played black metal, with pretty good production and not such a originality in their compositions.
\r\nThe lack of originality at this point is not a fact to be taken as a disadvantage for the band, on the contrary I consider this as a positive fact because now days is not such an easy thing to hear some pure black metal sound without any “progressions” that push the album to sound more appealing to a wider range of people,
