Extreme - Saudades De Rock
\r\nWhen I listened to the intro of the first song, I thought that it was something from Queen, something that it didn’t happen to listen till now. “Star” gives you the impression that after a while Mercury will start singing, however that changes in the process. The truth is that I had to listen to this album many times before making up my mind on weather I like it or not. On one hand it misses a lot of the past greatness or the songs that will stick to your mind and you will feel like singing along, but in general it is a decent work, with groove, good mood, nice tracks and good production which is a big advantage. I think that the fans of Extreme will find a few good moments in this album release, however, the most demanding ones should be prepared to listen to something that, in total, most probably will not drive them crazy or anything like that. The promo cd that we got contains 13 tracks, plus the demo version for the song “Americocaine”, which, as it ‘s mentioned, will be included as a bonus track only for Europe. \r\n
