\r\nThe debute album of "Year Long Disaster", as the name of the band, has the unique capability of travelling us back in time and remind us the good years of ZZ Top, Led Zeppelin etc. May this album has little to do with Metal, since it has more Rock influences, but in reality this album is related with Metal, since it has influences from Black Sabbath and its whole mentality refers to something harder. the band however has focused more on the Rock side of music and introduces us an album, which has already been discussed and its future will be much better. It is worthmentioned that behind Year Long Disaster we find Daniel Davies (quitar, vocals), son of Dave Davies, who is known from The Kinks. Concerning music, Year Long Disaster pay attention to the heavy guitar riffs, dynamic vocals and to the classic atmosphere, which is diffused in the album, creating an inspiring, direct and easy to listening album. Solos are playing an important role in the songs and they are not at all tiring. What I like most in the band, apart from the beautiful melodies which are conspicuous in the album, is the atmosphere they have created. While one hears the album, has the impression that he finds himself in an old Rock Bar and lives the era where Rock bands culminated. Whoever wants, can hear the album!\r\n
