Aleph - Seven Steps Of Stone

Aleph - Seven Steps Of Stone

I remember there was a time when you knew that you listen to any album and you listen to thrash or heavy or progressive or death metal.. Not anymore. Aleph seem to combine progressive, dark and thrash sounds while their influences move from Primordial and Symphony X to Opeth..
\r\n
\r\nWell the result is not my taste, but I have to admit that the band is really well bonded, with great techinque. Vocals move from Thrash, heavy and Death which seems to be quite rare nowadays while in the meantime the whole atmosphere leads us back to the Middle Ages. Check on the artwork and you’ll see what I mean.
\r\n
\r\nFor those who love to study any kind of techinique ’’Seven Steps Of Stone’’ would be a great album to study. Every track combines any kind of technique. Aleph seem to have become really known in the area since the release of their demo ’’In Tenebra’’ back in 2005, when they start to support bands such as Necrodeath, White Skulls and Gods Dismember. In 2006 they’ve already succeded to support the Italian powermetallers Vision Divine on their tour.
\r\n
\r\nSo for you who like that kind of sound you shouldn’t miss Aleph.
