\r\nTHE MASTERS OF BRUTAL DEATH ARE BACK \r\n

\r\nCannibal Corpse are well known in the death metal scene for their extreme music and their brutal lyrics and covers.From their debute album-Eaten Back to Life- since now, they have released only top quality albums and you can see that they are always pushing the music to higher levels. \r\n

\r\n-Evisceration Plague- is the name of their new album and its a big proove that they still are the masters of Brutal Death Metal. Its their 11th official release and the recipe stays the same.Brutal Death lyrics,technical cannibal riffs,the extreme

bass lessons of Alex Webster,the classical blast beats of Paul Mazurkiewicz and of course the brutal voice of George Fisher ,are going to make you feel that this band is playing the same style for all this years but while listening to the album you will realize that Cannibal Corpse, as always, are making forward steps. \r\n

\r\nThe production, done by Erik Rutan(Morbid Angel,Hate Eternal), is absolutely amazing and its for sure one of the reasons that makes -Evisceration Plague- one of the best releases for this year. Erik , again , did his magic and the band speaks about the best guitar recordings that they ever made.The cover ,once again ,is done by Vince Locke and this means a 100% excellent job from the artist that is following Cannibal Corpse from the first album since now. Vince Lock is a big part of the band and helped a lot CC for getting big, through his brutal pen. \r\n

\r\nMy opinion is that  CC released an album that makes happy every maggot in this planet.(They used to call CC fans as maggots inspired from the known song and their Maggots Fan Club of the early years).They play faster,more brutal,with

fresh guitar ideas and shorter songs.They give me the feeling that they know what the fans need from a Brutal Death Metal band.Some people were laughing when these deathsters released their first album.They were talking about extreme musics and challenging covers that will die through the years.But in the present days , i dont think that they can argue that Cannibal Corpse have reached the top.They are for sure Masters of Brutal Death Metal and of course one of Metal Blade Records top sellers. \r\n
