THE FORESHADOWING - Days of Nothing

\r\nCandlelight records released the debut album of The Foreshadowing, a band coming from Italy. I have to admit that I spent 5 minutes peering at the albums cover. It had an excelent inspiration, beautiful colours and it passes through many messages about what you are about to listen. Somewhere between gothic and doom sounds, listening to the album you are to experience emotions like melancholy, sorrow, loneliness. Having crystal clear production, every song is played at slow tempo with all the instruments absolutely bonded to each other. Guitars and keyboards are the reason why the atmoshpere is so gloomy and as the record goes one your mood keeps changing... Marco Benevento’s performance along with the lyrics goal is to make you pessimistic and they succeed in all ways.I would recomend to My Dying Bride, Paradise Lost and Anathema fans to listen to this album as they will find it pretty interesting... The Foreshadowing style is similar to those but it doesn’t copy their music and personally they caught my attention!! You can have a taste of their music at their Myspace page.\r\n
