Main Line Riders - Worldshaker

Ever felt that you’ve listened to your favorite band so many times you wish for that one more new album to feed your craving for them? If that’s the case between you and AC/DC, if you’ve listened to their albums, from High Voltage to Black Ice back and forth so many times and still want more then Main Line Riders is the band for you.

First things first and to be perfectly clear about that: Worldshaker, their second album, is not a cheap rip off of AC/DC though it sounds WAY too much like the rock legends. You’ll definitely going to think “What the hell? This is AC/DC!” the first time you’ll hear Worldshaker but given a second chance you’ll find out that these guys are smart! They have managed to grasp 100% the sleazy rock’n’roll sensation of AC/DC and create a piece of their own. Their sound is fresh and modern but adapted in a way of playing that can easily draw into it old school tastes.

Honestly there’s not much more to discuss about this album. It’s about point of view. This means, if you listen to it having this article in mind you’re sure to enjoy and if you discard it as an AC/DC cover and nothing new you’ll probably going to have to pass. 

Oh, one last thing… Note to the band: Nice effort guys but don’t forget, it’s a long way to the top ;)
