Neverland - Ophidia

\r\nThe follow- up of their debut cd is going to be released on the 26th of March and definitely the band reaches a higher level this time.
\r\nNEVERLAND, in case you are not familiar with them, was formed on 2006 by the Turkish DREAMTONE and the greek Iris Mavraki, who joined forces and created a very impressive debut album, entitled “Reversing Time”, which was a really magical journey. There were also some very special guests on the debut album: Hansi Kursch from Blind Guardian, Tom Englund from Evergrey and Gary Wehrkamp from Shadow Gallery.
\r\nOn “Ophidia”, there are also some very important guest appearances: Jon Oliva (Savatage, Trans Siberian Orchestra), Edu Falaschi (Angra, Almah) and Urban Breed (Bloodbound, Pyramaze, Tad Morose). How about the new compositions? They are just awesome! The symphonic elements stand out once more, giving an epic mood to the songs, rather than atmosphere. There is plenty of it, anyway, as it derives from the feeling that these songs create, in the first place. It’s like an “overdose” of melodies and musical themes with beautiful and “colorful” progressive metal structure. Will you join?  \r\n
