OVERCAST - Reborn To Kill Again

\r\nThis is actually a re-recording of Overcast’s older material. After 1998 , when Overcast disbanded its members continued in Shadows Fall, Killswitch Engage and others in the metalcore universe.” Reborn to kill again” is just what you imagine; metalcore with touches of heavy thrash, just like the members’ following bands. Considering that these sounds came out in the early 90’s , i could not but say that it is innovative, but it certainly is not my cup of cake. I think it lacks strength for such a release, though the sound is good (by Adam Dutkiewicz of Killswitch Engage fame) and the vocals could have been way better. I think that these guys could write much better tracks, as they have proved with their other bands, but anyone who is into this kind of music would probably like it. Anyway, it just sounds good to me, but there’s something missing. Ignore my words and judge for your own. \r\n
