Root - Hell Symphony

One of the darkest bands of Europe and specific in Czech Republic was and still is the outfit under the name, Root. The band that belongs to the first wave of black metal (Venom, Bathory, etc) with some progressive aesthetics and some death metal and dark epic passages.  In their albums someone can find clean and brutal vocals and the whole attitude of the band can easily be described as black metal due to their lyrical themes.
\r\nSo the Swedish label I Hate Records decided to re release most of their albums and the first one, is “Hell Symphony” originally released back in 1991 and it’s their second album release. In the near future, I hate will re release also “The Book”.
\r\nThe “Hell Symphony” album in this re release comes with five bonus tracks where three of them are live tracks and extensive booklet.
\r\nSo the purchase of this album is a nice move, especially for those that are fans of the proto – black metal movement, a movement that used more atmosphere that fast – tempo tracks.
