SESTA MARCONI - Where The Devil Dances

SESTA MARCONI - Where The Devil Dances

I am going to quote once again that when we are dealing with a doom metal release from Italy things seems so easy , and most of the times we ‘ re dealing with a very good release.
\r\nThankfully the debut album by Sesta Marconi released via the Italian label Metal On Metal Records wouldn’t be an exception. These Italians made a great mix of the Cathedral and Pentagram sound in a unique outcome of Doom Rock / Metal with audible references to the 70’s but having a more up to date sound.
\r\nThe structure of the compositions is close to the previous mentioned bands while the track duration varies from track to track with the epic “Vanitas” having a running time of 14 minutes.
\r\nGreat impression also makes some very good words written on the booklet of the release from the legendary Clive Jones (Black Widow / Agony Bag) quoting that Sesta Marconi owns something special about their sound that makes the difference amongst many bands, and I strongly agree with this.
\r\nThe album recommended for fans of Pentagram, Cathedral and in general doom rock fans and traditional doom metal freaks.
