Στις 29 Ιανουαρίου θα κυκλοφορήσει μέσω της Nuclear Blast ο νέος δίσκος του Michael Schenker, αυτή τη φορά όχι σαν Michael Schenker Fest αλλά υπό το όνομα των MSG και ο οποίος θα τιτλοφορείται Immortal και με τον οποίον ο Schenker θα γιορτάσει τα 50 χρόνια σαν μουσικός αλλά και τα 40 χρόνια σαν solo καλλιτέχνης.
Αλλαγές προσωπικού για τους Of Gods And Monsters, το συγκρότημα το οποίο κινείται γύρω από τον τραγουδιστή Kevin Goocher (ex-Omen, Phantom – X), καθώς παρελθόν αποτελούν τα 3/4 του συγκροτήματος, αφού στην θέση των Dean Castronovo (τύμπανα - The Dead Daisies, Journey), Tim Gaines (μπάσο - Aldo Nova, Stryper) και Joey Tafolla (κιθάρα – Graham Bonnet Band, Jag Panzer) ήρθαν αντίστοιχα οι

Το κλασσικό πλέον Imaginations From the Other Side των Blind Guardian κλείνει φέτος τα 25 του χρόνια και για να το γιορτάσει η μπάντα κυκλοφόρησε πριν λίγες μέρες μέσω της Nuclear Blast μία νέα έκδοση του δίσκου που τιτλοφορείται απλά Imaginations From The Other Side (25th anniversary edition) και η οποία περιέχει όλα τα κομμάτια του δίσκου σε ζωντανές εκτελέσεις.
