Rotting Christ have released a video for "Yggdrasill", a song from the band's new album, Pro Xristou, out now. The clip can be viewed below.
A message states: "In Norse mythology, Yggdrasill (ᛦᚵᛑᚱᛆᛋᛁᛚ) is an enormous ash tree that connects the nine worlds, including the underworld (Niflheim), the earth (Midgard), and the realm of the gods (Asgard).
In a new interview with El Planeta Del Rock, POSSESSED frontman Jeff Becerra spoke about the progress of the songwriting sessions for the band's follow-up to 2019's "Revelations Of Oblivion" LP. He said (as transcribed by BLABBERMOUTH.NET): "I'm about halfway done — a little more than halfway done with the next album.

It was the band's first show with Angra drummer Bruno Valverde behind the kit, who was sitting in for Eloy Casagrande, who was forced to drop off the band's North American tour after breaking his leg a few days earlier in El Paso, TX.
Hypocricy has parted ways with drummer Reidar "Horgh" Horghagen, who drummed for the band between 2004 and 2022. According to both his and Hypocricy's statements, the split was amicable. No replacement has yet been announced for Horghagen.
