Οι LOST SYMPHONY αποτελούνται από τα αδέρφια Benny (multi-instrumentalist, producer) και Brian Goodman (compositions, arrangement), οι οποίοι συνεργάζονται με τους Cory Paza (bass, guitar), Kelly Kereliuk (guitar), Paul Lourenco (drums) και Siobhán Cronin (violin, viola) με στόχο την παραγωγή ποιοτικού instrumental heavy metal.
Οι καταπληκτικοί power/progressive metallers Tanagra από το Portland των HΠΑ, αντιμετωπίζουν πολύ σοβαρό πρόβλημα με το όνομά τους. Μια ελβετική εταιρεία με το όνομα Nagra, έχει λάβει μέτρα εναντίον τους για να μη χρησιμοποιούν την ονομασία Tanagra σε κανένα εμπόρευμα (CD, μπλούζες, κτλ.). Το συγκρότημα ανακοίνωσε ότι θα πρέπει να καταστρέψει το εμπόρευμα που έχει από τα 2 άλμπουμ του και μετά να αλλάξει όνομα.

Kαι η μόδα των EΡ αμέσως μετά από LP (!) καλά κρατεί. Λίγο καιρό μετά το μέτριο "The Door To Doom" (που είχε δυο-τρία πολύ καλά κομμάτια όπως το "The Omega Circle"), οι Σουηδοί doom metallers Candlemass θα κυκλοφορήσουν το EP "The Pendulum", στις 27 Μαρτίου από την NAPALM Records.
Οι Νορβηγοί progressive metallers Μindtech, μετά το ντεμπούτο τους "Elements of Warfare" του 2013, και το "Edge of the World" ΕΡ του 2016, θα κυκλοφορήσουν το δεύτερο άλμπουμ τους με τίτλο "Omnipresence", στις 13 Μαρτίου 2020 από την TriTech Music. Έχουν δώσει μερικά καλά δείγματα μέχρι τώρα, οπότε οι οπαδοί του progressive ας τους έχουν υπόψη.
ENZO THE GLORY ENSEMBLE: New Album Coming Out in March 2020
Following up the previous albums ‘In the Name of the Father’ and ‘In The Name of The Son’, composer Enzo Donnarumma teamed up once again with Gary Wehrkamp (Shadow Gallery) for the production of the new record entitled ‘In The Name Of The World Spirit’.
Technical/Melodic Death metallers Arcaine will release their debut album "As Life Decays" via Black Sunset/MDD on February 14th.
Arcaine offers a dry to the bone, brutal sound that will break the listener's neck as soon as the first note is played! As an advance of the debut album, the swiss quintet has released a video for "Relentless", which was shot during the recording sessions of the album in the Blue Wonder studio in Chur.
