Jon Oliva's Pain - Global Warning

Jon Oliva's Pain - Global Warning

\r\nEven though it seems SAVATAGE are dead Jon Oliva is still here to write and offer the fans\r\nquality, beautiful songs.\r\nThe “ecologic” Global Warning is the third studio album for Jon Oliva’s Pain and to be honest, I\r\nenjoyed it much more than the previous two. Its simple. Jon presents an album which unveils\r\ndosages of good old SAVATAGE since some of the albums sound like the good\r\nremains of Gutter Ballet and the general atmosphere of all SAVATAGE releases. What I enjoyed most was the smart way\r\nJon used Hammond. It makes the result sound old school while at the same time modern and\r\nspecial. Tracks are melodic, catchy dynamic, well established but also\r\ninteresting, since they bring the trademark of Jon. I wouldn’t like to analyse each song separately\r\nsince even though each song is different they are all in the same mood. SAVATAGE\r\natmosphere combined with the questions of Jon in 2008 bring us to the result of\r\nan album worthwhile, equivalent to the albums SAVATAGE have offered us in the\r\npast, and time will definitely tell. \r\n
