Σαν σήμερα το 1985 εμφανίζονται στην δισκογραφία οι Γερμανοί Avenger με το άλμπουμ Prayers of Steel. Το συγκρότημα μετά από έναν χρόνο άλλαξε όνομα σε Rage, με το όνομα αυτά έγιναν μία από τις γνωστότερες μπάντες στο Heavy Metal.
