\r\nWhen Tiamat decide to come out with a new album, then you know that you have to listen to it even if it’s characterized as not so great or even cold. Of course I’m referring to open minded people, concerning their music tastes. You see, Johan Edlund never quenches his thirst and always wants to extend his ideas in new directions, combining various sounds.\r\n
Powers Court exist for 12 years and surely are known to a very limited number of fans that are into classic Power Metal. They are from the US and The Red Mist Of Endenmore is their third full-lenght album. The group tries to do something unique which in my opinion, if it was more well presented it would be beautiful. They try to present Power/Progressive Metal that is escorted by a darker black atmosphere, something I believe doesn’t work out for two reasons.
\r\nFor almost\r\na decade now Hate\r\nEternal are offering us\r\ndiverse diamonds with one thing in common, Death Metal. We stalled to present Fury &\r\nFlames, but for an\r\nalbum as supreme as this one it’s never too late! I am certain that all the\r\nloyal fans have already purchased the album and also the Erik Rutan fans. For the rest of you who might have some\r\nsecond thoughts here we are to present you exactly what is going on.
\r\nW.E.B. is a Greek metal band associated with the extreme and dark side of metal. They were formed in 2002 in Athens and "Jesus Heist" is their second release after their debut album "Don’t Wake Futility" in 2005. Their music can be described as a Black/Gothic mixture with an atmospheric vibe, although don’t be mistaken their stuff is way too aggressive to be called atmospheric, and some industrial hints from time to time.
The French band Destinity, after have release three albums for Adipocere Records, this time returns with their fourth effort, for Lifeforce records this time.
In General I’m not against the minimalistic releases and especially when it’s about a Heavy Metal / Hard Rock, release, but here we have a problem. The “No Way Out” CD is a re recording of some older demos, by the Italian trio Hammer.
Norway’s Audrey Horne, winners of the Norwegian Grammy, after their first release “No Hay Banda” released in 2005, they have returned this year with their second album “Le Fol”
\r\nAnima Noir is the name of Theatres Des Vampires’ new album. Theatres Des Vampires is a band that no matter how many years go by they will seem to me as boring as they always have. As always, the band has been trying to create something dark, theatrical and "vampyric" but the result doesn’t go beyond mediocrity as some of the pre-mentioned stay on the level of attempt.
\r\nItalian Blackalexxx appears to be a very devoted person in the guitar. Until now he has played in some local bands and also he is professor of guitar. If you look to the specific bulletin of press release that accompanies this album, you will see that very often he reports the expression "I wanted more!!!" . With this he means that in whichever band he played, nothing really thanked him and he wanted something more.
