\r\nOk, this is pretty wild. It’s like waking up in a bad mood and want to break things. Eminence is a very good choice as it feels as if they can do it instead of you. Machine Head meets Sepultura stuff, with abundant brutality in the compositions, in the typical rough style of Sepultura regarding the guitars, merciless rhythm section that causes extra tension and death vocals that change to clear ones and these are perhaps the most catchy parts album. Personally I would prefer they had avoided it because the straight brutal approach suits better.
\r\nDad is dead. And why should we care, I would add. Rain exist for many years, since the early 80’s to be more accurate, and have played in many famous stages; however their name is not that popular (not to say almost not popular at all). A quick glance at the track-list is enough for someone to understand that he is going to listen to songs of “light” content, lyrics wise, that fits perfectly with the same simplified kind of compositions, music wise.

Jennie Tebler is the sister of the infamous Quorthon. Till Death Tear Us Part is her debut album released by Black Mark Productions, the company run by her father, so as you can figure it’s a family affair! For me personally the fact she is Quorthon’s sister doesn’t say much as it shouldn’t. Everyone has a different way of expressing one self through music. Out Of Oblivion is a band which combines many diverse elements of the extreme sound but the base is on atmospheric and gothic.
